Hollywood Orchard is very pleased to announce that we were awarded a Green Wish grant carrying us through August 2017 for our sustainability efforts. Green Wish is a grassroots, noon-profit organization that helps local green organizations fund projects for their communities. Other recipients include Food Forward, HoneyLove, and Muir Ranch. Green Wish is also very active in the Save the LA River effort, and funded the documentary, A Concrete River: Reviving the Waters of Los Angeles. It is a great honor to find ourselves on this noble roster of folks, all working to improve our city.

Please consider attending the Green Wish Banquet on November 15th at 4pm with us!  It is being held at Union Restaurant in Pasadena, a top rated Italian restaurant with an excellent and illustrious chef, Bruce Kalman, who is integrating food donations from each of the beneficiary organizations into the event menu. Kalman is dedicated to sustainable practices and supporting sustainability-focused organizations, so we are hoping we will see you there.

Tickets are $225. All money raised will fund the work of Green Wish and the non-profits they support, including Food Forward, HoneyLove, Muir Ranch and our very own Hollywood Orchard. To reserve tickets, please contact Jules Exum.
